Friendly toward pedos?

The view within a lot of Islamic circles towards pedophilia, is probably the same as most of your major religions, with one caveat. Women,and little girls are not considered their own persons, they are viewed as property, and if you touch a little girl, or a woman outside of the marriage spectrum, the girl will be treated as a adulterer, and many of the sharia laws have stiff penalties for that, but mostly the girls would be punished, and the man who did the offense would have to make retribution to the father/husband, much as if they lost livestock, not sure what the retribution would be, but that's my understanding, at least in the countries that are dominated by the religion and ruled by sharia law. If I'm wrong, and I might be, please feel free to correct me. :)
