Find financial backers if you cannot be your own financial backer; establish an orphanage / boarding school for girls in a poor country, and voilÃ - the rest is yours to make. Easy (and hard) as that. India recommended, for their prejudice against girls yet easiness with Western donors that Muslim and Sinic countries have in trickles.

A man can do it too, but a man's intentions are doubted at every single corner, which is not the case with women.
