I do . Well kinda . Depending on what your definition of a LG is and what you plan to do with her , I know of a few places , though there are no contries I know of where it is 100 percent legal to have actual sex with a prepubesent .
There are some contries which honor the ideal that puberty is the beginning of sexual maturity so if you are willing to wait to comsumate relationships you could move there . The places that I know of with the worlds lowest AoC ( the most liberal AoC is 12 I think ) ,are Japan (13 in some prefectures, but its hard to get citizenship I hear) ,Certain parts of Mexico ( some provences simply say "onset of puberty" while others say a specific age ) and in Austria and Canada it is 14 ,exept if you "exploit " their lack of experience" . Montenegro and some other places say 14 without any loopholes .Most places have loop holes that can be exploited by police and prosecutors if the AoC is under 16 . The average AoC is 16 but I still think that there are some loopholes someone COULD find if it involves under 18 year olds . There is no place where prositution is offically legal for kids .Here is the link to this site which lists the AoC of the world .Of all the places that have extreamly low AoC with few loopholes , Id suggest Mexico or Japan, they seem the nicest and safest , but be sure to cancel your American Citizenship if you plan to do anything under 16 because American law can still follow you .I dont like the AoC where I am now which is 16 because it limits me , but I can gudgingly accept it , 14 is okay ,but I think 12 is almost perfect ,though I dont support any arbitrart lines in the sand .

The only places in the world that will let you have sex with prepubesents are radical Islamist contries .For example ,Yemen and Saudi Arabia arraige marraiges for girls and they dont have age of consents because you can do practically anything you want to your wife , even beat her . In these contries , Unmarried sex is illegal and sometimes even punishable by stoning .
