I didn't say all child sex was rape, I said we don't know what he was viewing.

How do you know most CP is done by family members with willing kids? Is there any proof of that? There is no way for you to know for certain (unless you were there) that the CP you're viewing was made willingly or not.

Like I said, I'm not saying if it's good or bad, but you can't say there aren't instances of CP that are of a child being raped.

Also you can't negate the fact that he made a choice. It's like if there was a law that if you were caught smoking marijuana you would be ostrasized, thrown in jail for a ridiculous amount of time and put on a 'hate-this-guy' list. That would be a stupid law, but if you chose to break it and you got caught, it's your own fault. I don't feel sorry for someone who was to stupid to pull his crime off. He could have not viewed CP and been at home right now, possibly with family or whoever. Instead he threw it all away over something he knew was going to get him in extreme trouble if he got caught.
