Note the dress has been strategically tucked between her legs. This can happen only three ways:

(1) She had been sitting with her legs spread, the dress draped across. As her legs closed, the dress dropped by itself into the fold it now has;

(2) She tucked the dress between her legs, herself;

(3) He did it.
