There would be lots of rules if someone should be allowed to do it, but the short answer would be, yes.

There would be an age limit, of course:

So if you are over the age limit, you would need a test and declaration from your doctor to be allowed to do it. And you even might need a nurse to follow you. (It would NOT be enough to bring a LG/AG that were dressed to look like a nurse...
