1 and 3 are pretty dick moves, 2 is the "best" option but nowhere near ideal. So if you start dating a 7 year old, are you gonna tell her "oh by the way, once you turn 14 I won't be attracted to you anymore so enjoy it while it lasts"? Or you might want to shy away from long-term monogamous relationships? No easy answers here.
I really don't predict that many theoretical MAA/child relationships will persist much into puberty. GLs like little girls, and would treat their partner like a little girl long past the time shen she would not like it anymore.
