STD test leads to child rape charge

A 27-year-old man was charged with child rape after an STD test. The Swedish law requires all STD-carries to list their sex partners, so the authorities can contact them.

One of his partners was a girl of 13, two years below the AoC. Both parties maintain they had consentual sex on around 10 occasions.

Due to the repeat offences and the age difference the prosecutor plans to seek 3 years imprisonment.


Such is the reward for honesty. The law is an ass.
