Sorry, but under those circumstances, I would never get tested, even if it risked my own health or life. Whether or not I ever had illegal sex. This is not about protecting from a statutory-rape accusation (or other illegal sex accusations - prostitution and zoophilia are also illegal in Sweden); this is about the privacy of my own bed and body. The government has no place here.
And yes, of course, for those who have had illegal sex, it is an incentive not to get tested, not just to loony individualist anarchists like I.
