Age laws are corrupt

Age laws ONLY serve those evil succubus type loli girls who want to take advantage of the laws "protecting" the youth for their own good . For example , a teenage girl can seduce an adult and then blackmail him saying that she was "statutory raped" and she" didnt know what (she) was doing) I hardly think that AGs and older preteen girls have no concept of the actions that they are taking so that rarely takes effect. One good example of some one taking advantage of age laws on behalf of a gold digger was that scene from Jim Carry's Liar Liar , where Jim's character found a loophole where he could win the case without lying . He found that his client ,a gold digger suing her rich husband for allimony , was 17 when they got married , she had lied about her age and therefor ,since no minor under 18 is allowed to sign a legal contract , the prenebtual agreement stating that if she committed adultry she wouldnt be entitled to any money at all . She won because of the judges mindless adhereance to the law .Even the lawyer felt that he won the case dishonestly and that law didnt nessesarily equal justice . Any "protection" age laws offer children is outwieghed with the total bullshit that comes along with it . If a kid lies about her age and has sex with an adult or gets in to a porn contract ,she can sue them ,now or later ,for "exploiting children" ,or others can sue on her "behalf " to win money or for disgusting self rightous reasons (such as attacking the adult film industry its self ) . Lowering age laws , to say , 12 or so MIGHT work to change this but there is allways factors to be concidered ,like 11 year old girls could be mature enough for sex. 10 ? Im sure that there are 9 year olds SOMEWHERE mentally capible of sex though I have no experience or proof of this at the moment ( though I do know some 9 year old LGs that will probably be popped before they turn 12 . ) A real life example of someone I know who was arressted for having sex with a 10 or 11 year old girl (though I dont know the exact details or the nature of the sexual acts involved , all that I know I was concentual ). Some dudes I know lost everything when they fooled around with a premiscuous 11 year old girl in their neighborhood when they were 15 years old . In court they had said that the (loli) had been active with many other boys in the neiborhood and they were singled out because they were half japanese ( I dont think that they were playing the "race card " here ,the girl really WAS slutty and it WAS odd they focused on them ) I am not sure about their fate or the conclusion of the caseecause the guys wouldnt tell me the details ,all that I know is that they got off some how and I cant find them on the "sex offenders registry" ,prehapts because they were minors . I AM ,however , aware that they were forced to sell their house to cover the "court costs" and they were "exiled" from their home town as part of the "settlement" so ,appartently they were found guilty but were given "kid sentances " . How the filthy pigs found out about their private sex lives is a mystery but Im sure that the little girl told someone about it . I KNOW that it was statutory rape , not forced rape , because 1. their family is close to my family and we know that their parents raised the kids better than that and 2. because if it WERE rape ,then I doubt that the judge would have been able to "be gentle " with the sentancing , there are alot of things that the juvilile court system can deal with and make "go away " when they hit 18 but I dont think that violent rape is something that they can cover up .
