Posted a couple of times at BC, but quit after finding out the atmosphere there is very unpleasant (at least for me).
I suppose i would be completely ignored in case I would make a post like you suggested.

But BC is not necessarily representative for the whole BL community, different board rules also attract a different kind of posters.

I know a number of BL's in my own country and consider them to be very respectable people.
