It wasn't really my intention. I really just used the Sandusky case as an analogy to my own and I guess it could be infered that I was convicting Sandusky. I think that both my case and the Sandusky case (as is alledged by the alledged victims) are problematic in the way pressure was involved. In my case, I had had encounters with both adult males and females that I enjoyed, but I did not like this guy at the day camp. As I mentioned, I had not been around many adult men and was kind of intimidated by him and also did not want to dissplease him either. I felt pressure. Just because I think that adult/minor relationships can be ok doesn't mean there isn't coercian that can happen just like in adult/adult situations.
I was just answering the original question and I infered that there was a distinction between consensual and "being molested" as meaning non-consensual. I did have encounters with adults that I consented to and one that I didn't(the above case). I don't believe that adults have the right to force themselves on children. From the victim's own description, that sounds like what happened. He screamed for help. Do you think adult should be able to force themselves on children?
