There currently is a project under way to expose false rape accusers publicly in a way comparable to the SO registry for convicted rapists.

Its merits and defects are, obviously, manifold and some not immediate to see, but I remark it was only a matter of time before someone did this. You can only ruin so many lives before it comes back to bite you back...
