Tor problems

I used to check my Tor proxies here, but now this site is constantly down:

And I notice that whatever I do, these two sites below now tell that I am not using Tor and give me the following results:

https://torcheck.xenobite.eu/index.php

Your IP is NOT identified to be a Tor-EXIT.
So you are NOT using Tor to reach the web!

TOR Test FALSE

What the hell? When I were still using my old computer, I excluded so many nodes in my torrc file that I had a hard time getting anywhere, especially to GC. Now I haven't touched my torrc file for a long time.

I am worried. What should I/we do?
