Can't do it? Wanna know why it's never used???
Sigh.
As someone who could whip up novel bioweaponry with off the shelf parts, this is... fairly pathetic. The only barrier to weaponization is the inefficiency of the H5 docking protien, which could be revised via simple submendelian sample experimentation (great generation time), lipozomal insertion, or the brutally efficient - coinfection with HxNx' where x=/=5 until one has HxN1.
Yeah, where's your god now?
I've never even specifically studied for H5N1 weaponization, that's what the casual layperson in far-off distantly-related fields picks up from public media by osmosis. I... figure that pretty well establishes that security is not enhanced by, well, unlawful government censorship.
What is gained by unlawful government interference? Well... thanks to this, any twit who flunked out of middle school can weaponize H5N1, but the researchers who graduated college and postgrad and who are actively working on increasing security have no access to the data to predict, confront, or prevent epidemicized H5N1. Oh - and your pathetic ⚠️ ↗, corrupt, criminal ⚠️ ↗ little excuse for a government can just lie to people through abject censorship even if it has to induce the deaths of millions of its civilians directly to lie to them.
On the bright side, in Jersey, after another shooting, discussions are being held to train police in ways to deal with people who aren't white that do not involve shooting them ⚠️ ↗. So, hey, maybe there's hope after all.
Failed. State.
