Both incest and pedophilia are common in the Bible.

The consensus among Biblical scholars is that Mary was not more than 14, probably 13, and maybe as young as 12 when she gave birth to Jesus, which would be in keeping with the Jewish Bat Mitzvah, or rite of Passage into adulthood, which takes place on a girl's 12th birthday (for boys it is 13).

So, Mary could have been as young as 11 when God chose her to be the mother of his son and impregnated her.
This does not make God the first pedophile; only the most famous.
