It just seems to me to use that argument for sexual interaction it can be applied to anything or anyone. Power imbalances always exist. She can easily tell if she did it because she felt she had to or because she genuinely wanted to. There's a lot of teachers I would have loved to bone at 14. Not because I felt I had to.
