No, no one gave me that link, I have been aware of this syndrome for a few years now: I first noticed it myself and then it was diagnosed officially.

As for therapy: melatonin has not helped me any. I have not tried the bright light therapy yet. It might be costly, because electricity is not free. I wiil try it later, though.

This is a lousy syndtome, I can tell you. Sometimes people tell me "let's meet at 18 o'clock - and I must say oh no, it is too early".

I have no regular day, n oregular night.
