such articles here. It most likely only serves to further the general publics misguided notion that there is a connection between nutjobs like that guy and peaceful, albeit grossly controversial, people like we dreaded misunderstood peds. But nothing could be further from the truth. There is no connection at all. This guy is a manical caveman who needs to be humanely put to sleep (and that coming from someone - myself - who does not support the death penalty). On the other hand; We peds are quite civilized human beings who simply experience a desire to pleasure children, albeit in ways that would offend current social norms.
It's just plain crazy that people cannot see the difference between rabid beasts like that animal and people such as ourselves. If only people knew that we could, and would love to, help them fight real threats to community (such as this crazy maniac), we might be living in a much more peaceful and pleasurable world right now. But most humans like to be at war, even if the enemy is a scapegoat.
