You cannot conflate religion and freedom of conscience. The two may overlap but they aren't the same thing.

Ok, the set "freedom of religion" is one subset of the set "freedom of conscience".

Religions are organized systems with particular dogmas. Individuals are individuals.

Not relevant. The freedom of conscience is that you can take them or leave them.

Any half good book of any subject has a specific set of assumptions, theories and consequences. You can read it and decide if you take it, leave it, or take it in part (and which parts); and why. That is the freedom of conscience; no matter how organized and particular the book's argumentative structure is.
