Just because there is a law...

...Doesn't mean the people there support it. I have a feeling sex is really no big deal to the people there, especially the poorer ones. As long as the child is not a slave or forced into the prostitution then it shouldn't be as big of a deal as western societies make it. It's all fear mongering.

Why do you think these little girls often run away from their "saviors" to go back and prostitute? Because they aren't instilled with western morals.
