My hope is that one here and there may manage to crawl out of the slime pit where they live, but that one here or there will be a rare success. Still, keep trying to help these sad souls; you just may succeed now and then.

What kills me about this story of the nine-year-old girl who was so brutally murdered and then dismembered is that even supposedly thinking news casters keep bringing up all the registered sex offenders who live in the trailer park...yet they had nothing, as far as I have read, to do with this horrendous crime. Still, the media has to point them out, as if they were a part of the crime just by nature of their existence. Then, on the other hand, I bet that most, if not all of the RSOs would have loved and protected the girl. But society, news media included, will not recognize that.
