I'd say these are pretty big developments here in

and
2.) Illinois' new law that allows registered sex offenders to utilize homeless shelters no matter where they are physically located (eg., near school, etc.).
These are kind of big developments, I'd say. And I'd say they will effect our plight for the better.
I don't give much credit to the common people of those regions for such laws coming into being since most common people are helpless sheep and will basically go along with whatever is popularly deemed righteous and good. I do however give credit to what I'd say must be some brave balsy and sensible officials in those regions.
I knock the government very often, but I do infact feel very strongly that change can only come about from within. As they say: "Fight the best from the inside." So indeed I give the credit to those balsy freedom lovers within the government of those regions who must be the ones responsible for making these decent changes.
