A registry for 1st degree murderers, that is.

But I feel your sentiment totally. And I agree with you. Any person convicted of a crime involving violence, should be on a registry. Actually people convicted of any of of theft should also, since we may want to take special measures to protect our belonging from such people.

Heck, put all people with any criminal records on a registry. Why not? Perhaps it would not be a bad thing.

But I would really like to see registries have the option of letting the offender address the public. To accomplish this, they should have a section of their public page where they could write anything they want, for all the public to see. This would let the public truly get to know each offender beter, and perhaps it would let those who have good points to make gain respect for making them. For example, if someone did something terrible, they could express their remorse. Or if someone believes their crime should not be considered a crime, they can explain exact why they feel that way.

Personal blog section on all offenders' public page. Now why the fuck hasn't this happened yet?
It is something THAT NEEDS TO HAPPEN. It is only fair. All offenders deserve their say!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
