Sure when they're 10 and have the skin of an angel no make-up, or even most teenagers could look great with just some mascara (except for acne ridden ones). It's easy for guys to say 'oh girls look great without make up' but try being the only girl walking around school without any, or the lady that comes to work looking washed out. I'm not saying people should slather it on but women are judged by how they look a LOT and are basically trained from when they're 8 playing with mommies make-up.

I also happen to like glitter on little girls, who doesn't like to sparkle?
