Indeed, that's exactly what it is. The thing is, I don't think they're far off the mark. Not on the lazy thing--I know that's wrong--but on the drugs thing. But here's the thing. The poor use drugs for a reason: because their lives are miserable, and they don't always have insurance to cover their health problems, which they tend to have a lot of because they go so long without health care. So they self-medicate.
