Um, no.

And I'm not sure how "problem" could ever be an adjective. That would be problematic. Literally.

But what Griffith was saying was that if there is a solution, it's not really a problem: one must simply apply that solution and there is no longer a problem.

But when there is no solution, then the problem is really a problem.

And all that said - most problems are temporary. Most problems do have solutions, even if you can't think what they are at the moment.
