I have definitely been in that situation.

A. had been playing in the small stream and the running water apparently promoted a childish accident. She washed things in the water and hung them in a nearby bush to dry. She eventually came to visit me. I was pleasantly surprised to notice her state of attire when she sat upon my lap so I had to ask.
