Ah, but there's more to disability status than handouts. The payments I could do without.

What I want is what's guaranteed by the Yank's ADA; "access."

Perhaps we need zoning restrictions? "No Pedophile shall live further than 50 yards away from a school, preschool, playground or any other area where children congregate. :)
