Actually a pedo doesn't need to sleep with or get caught viewing CP. They're a pedo if they think of girls under the age of 18 in a sexual manner. They don't have to actually do anything. It's like a heterosexual doesn't actually have to have sex with a women or watch porn to be considered one, he just has to think of a her in a sexual contect. Same with pedophiles.

Also I'm not saying a pedophile ONLY thinks of a child in a sexual context, they can love and admire a YG, but there are lots of people that love kids that are not pedophiles so I would say that is the distinction between it.
