Defeatist much? It sure as hell ain't gonna be easy, but it's the right thing to do. Just because religion has a lot of power and momentum, we ought to bow down and let them dictate absurd laws on sexual morality? Children learn from their environment, but every child is born free of the indoctrination of centuries of propaganda. The simple solution is to short-circuit the impact of that propaganda. Implementing that solution isn't going to be easy, but that's no reason to give up trying. We might as well not have bothered changing our minds on whether the earth is flat.
