But they won't even let us speak. Just give me a soapbox so I can be the crazy guy on the corner. The world can give a glance and walk on by. The thing is each day that glance lingers a little longer. Suddenly they begin questioning themselves and the things they've been taught.

It isn't that they won't listen, it's that they won't even let us speak.

I get sniped the second I step atop the soapbox.
