Financial Protection and RSOs

Did you know that some financial protection services, e.g., LifeLock, not only check to secure against fraud and such, but that they also provide you with a list of RSOs living near you? What the hell? They do not list bank robbers or thieves or those who cash bad checks. RSOs? Really?

I wonder what they do if one of their customers is an RSO.
