Ah.......keep their identities safe?? But at the same time revealing the ID's of RSOs????

...."our committee, along with key advisors from companies such as VeriSign, American Express, and top-level U.S. government agencies such as the U.S. Army, U.S. Navy, and U.S. Secret Service." Add the FBI here too and, hence, the revealing of RSO.
