I agree that this Lia is not likely to be the inventor of the term "creeper" as used in this particular context, but I do wonder if she perhaps may have been one of the online young girl voices who helped popularize its usage to a great extent. That word is being used more and more by young women in chat rooms, and it should come as no surprise to us that it's part of our red cocoa's vocab; it's certainly now part of mine :-)
