Pixie cut cutie: a GoM

The other day, after work, I saw my acquaintance Mike at the cafe he frequents.

I believe that I've mentioned Mike before. He's my age, and we have a lot in common; we're comic book geeks, film buffs &tc. Of course he works out and I've let myself go, so there the similarities end.

However, he used to regularly habituate my old workplace. And he was on good terms with, so it seemed, half of the AGs in this burg. Also, some friends his age have daughters, and there were a few times where I'd see a little cutie practically leap into his arms or solicit his attention as she pulled cartwheels.

Needless to say, the negative types thought that there was something creepy about a 40something guy openly enjoying the company of AGs and the occasional LG. Though, their suppositions were punctured by the fondness that many grown former AG friends have for him.

While I've never come out and self-identified to Mike, I have shared the same jokes I do with those I'm out to; such as my "confession" a few years back, that since I'd started listening to Selena Gomez and Demi Lovato, it was clear that I was coping with my mid-life-crisis by turning into a tween girl.

Anywho, we were talking Cronenberg and the future of "pamphlet-form" comics when a father strolled into the cafe with his two children. The girl looked to be 8 and had a black top, a lacy white short dress showing off long legs, and a short auburn pixie cut.

On some LGs short hair is sooooo cute. And she was definitely one such sweetie.
