What reputation? Whatever reputation I had when I arrived here was demolished long ago, and I can never build it back because Dissident will not let it happen. Unless, of course, I swallow the blue pill in its entirety and get with the program. But I have to commit to it 100%, or else.

Dissident is his own man. And as long as you've decided that he dictates the contents of your posts, even as you decry that content, then you're his man too.

Right. Dissident is GC's official attack dog, pure and simple, useful for blunt head-on attacks against me and others who might actually question some of the things sold whole-cloth to GLers. It doesn't matter if I'm 90% on board; if I introduce any doubt whatsoever then I'm the enemy. Simple-minded bullshit that is allowed to fester here because no one but me dares question it. But we know where we stand now, don't we? Maybe some day things will change. I ask for very little here. I don't care if Dissident likes me, but he WILL show me respect.
