1. The magazine was "from the 1970s". Back then the magazine may well have been perfectly legal. Stores in the Los Angeles area sold legal materials which today could be declared illegal. Times and laws change.

2. We are not allowed to know exactly what these "pornographic images of pre-pubescent girls" are. Bathing suit photos? Lingerie? Bare butts? (You can see those on TV, sometimes in advertisements.) What?
