it is curious that the pretext used was not content piracy but some things that are somewhat unpopularer - Kiddie Pronz, and Terrorist Information Materials.

Everything I've read about this suggests piracy is the issue here. I have seen nothing to indicate that CP or anything else is being used as a device to initiate this shutdown. Did I miss something?
