What with all the paranoia these days parents think their kids can't tell the difference between a nice massage and forcible genital touching. Somehow people spread the idea that if the child doesn't want to be touched "down there" then massaging their shoulders will suddenly make them spread their legs.

I have a feeling the kids with the parents that don't let them take part are the ones that need it the most.
