Anyone with half a brain is not going to access or share CP on the regular net anymore. They are going to use TOR or Freenet or whatever. The government has to know this. This bill is just to give them more power and "children" are once again used by them.

We seek to free children, that is why they hate us, because if we succeed they will lose their deadliest weapon.
