Akmazo means to be ripe or in its prime, but not overripe (as opposed to the word xeraino, which generally does mean overripe or past its prime.) Though that term could be perceived to be a bit judgmental (Who determines what is one's prime?) But personally, I would avoid any such significator for children because I do not believe children tend to have fixed orientations. They are in general, for lack of a better (more accurate) term, polymorphously perverse, I think. Hypersonic is also correct. Teleios is the Greek word for adult, so you can correctly use it in application to children or adults.
