It's not "normal," but simply common and the "norm" in our society. Nevertheless, a specific term for it would be as applicable as any terms used to describe less common attraction bases.

I've also seen you use the term "teleiophile" to describe someone who hurts others? (please inform me if this is correct or not, as this I feel is very incorrect).

Seriously, FreeThinkerGL, are you on some serious mind-muddling medication when you read some of my posts? Because you must be if you actually think you read me saying stuff like that.

Add on: Every time I looked up the term "teleiophile" on blogs or CL sites etc all have used the term as I've learned and the way it is.

Then you must have been reading the blogs and CL forums from an alternate reality if you are seriously suggesting that I--and only I--use the term to describe people attracted to others in the same general age demographic on a regular basis, and that everyone else you have seen uses it to refer to minors who are attracted to adults. The point is, I am looking for a term that means "elder lover," and NOT "adult lover," and it's bad enough that I have Trucker doing his best to hijack this thread (as usual) then to have others starting off-track discussions that are missing the essence of my point here.

I also hope that you don't think I'm trying to "fight" with you, just thought I'd bring this up as it's been on my mind.

If you are serious about seeing only me using the term in this manner on this forum, and you actually believe I have described "teleiophile" as a term of someone who hurts others, then I am going to stop taking any of your statements seriously. That is the most diplomatic way I can put it.
