You must have seen that I specifically asked for your intervention in this discussion, which I thank you for doing.

In terms of finding a general word for people--either underage or of legal age--who have a natural sexual, emotional, and social preference for significantly older people who are not necessarily or typically elderly--it will indeed be difficult, but I don't think it will be anywhere near impossible, especially now that you are on the job :-)

After you have your morning coffee and get to read some of the results I got from Greek to English translations, you will see that I have conjectured what we really need is a Greek-accurate term for "elder-lover." It was clearly noted in the Woodhouse Greek dictionary that "elder" simply means "older," and is distinct from "elderly." A few suggestions, including "meizonphile," have been trotted out. Do you think we can work with what we have so far?
