Yes, teleiophile can mean an adolescent who is attracted to adults, and an adult who is attracted to adults, but the latter meaning is more useful and important. There should still be a specific term for those adolescents and kids who are attracted to adults.

Teleiophile used in this sense gets confused with adult teleiophiles, which is not good.

I am very tired still, hard to think and type.
