A current commissioned portrait of someone else's daughter might prove problematic. The artist, the subject, or the subject's parents may object to its use in this context.

While we have no rule prohibiting these per se, I think we want to avoid inviting such problems.

This is a good reason to go for older images. Neither ( for example ) Bouguereau, nor his models will complain to our web-master about taking-down your sigpic.
