She is too cute to be declared guilty. She might get manslaughter, or plea down to juve court and records deleted at 18. No jury in America would send her to jail.

You may be right; I've thought that too. Especially after her defense attorney lays out a history of abuse and neglect in her family (and you know he will.) This girl will wind up getting off light. Count on it.
