A couple of decades ago I thought that it would be a good idea to write a novel, a novel just any other novel - and then mention in passing, in a subordinate clause, at the page 215, that he is a pedophile. And then go on with the story as if nothing had happened.

Another idea would be this. The main character is a man, and during the first hundred pages you make it known that he does not like women sexually. Give several hints about this later. Wow, thinks the modern reader, so he is probably a gay, why not, gays need equality too. Let's see what they have to say about his sexual life later! Now make the main character as sympathetic as possible, as pleasing for the modern reader as possible - he supports the equality between sexes, races, he supports nature protection, worries about the climate change, works to improve the situation of the poor, and so on. --Then at the page 240 there is a scene where the main character sees a gay porn magazine, or two men kissing, and feels repulsion. Not for me, he thinks, but let them have it if they want to. Now the attentive reader is a little puzzled. What does he like then? And because this is a girl love board, let's have one scene more: the main character steps into a bus, and there is a bunch of young boys there. --Oh, the boys are so noisy, so rowdy, the main character thinks, and is greatly relieved when when the trip ends.

And somewhere in the end he is sitting in a park and smiling when he is looking at playing little girls. Or something even more obvious.
