Something kinda sad hit me. I see posts from people back in like 2003 talking about and hoping things will get better and they just seem to keep getting worse.

Back then I belived in... maybe not a change in laws... but maybe more tolerance from enlightened people.

But the hate and fear for childlove and child lovers is so strong, that it's even taboo to try and explain why childlove is morally wrong. Because it's supposed to be accepted as a dogma. That's why there can rarely be any discussion about exactly why childlove is so wrong. The discussion is closed before it started.

And when there is a discussion, people are always able to rationalize their hate.

99% of all child lovers ain't doing anything to change the situation. Two subgroups of child lovers have the attention of the public: Some are considered criminals (sex offenders) and some are considered future criminals (those who criticize the current AOC and KP laws). Both groups only make things worse.
