...it sounds a little complicated or contrived. However, all its parts are already familiar to most people, so it is not impossible. I am not saying that it could be "an official term" but at least if you say epheboteleiophilia, the word is perfectly correct.

It means, of course, adolescent teleiophilia. Still, this word does not cover actual children.


What about the term nepioteleiophilia? :) Hehe, I like this term! It is deliciously incongruous and certainly annoys the antis.
